Our Payment Terms
We use Quickbooks Online Payments to protect the privacy of your financial information, permitting you to pay with your credit or debit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or cheque. We send an estimate with the Quickbooks Invoice and delivery date after getting your plans and analyzing your project specs. If you accept the quote, you must pay the deposit.
Do you require assistance expediting the quantity takeoff/construction estimate process to submit timely bids? Our monthly takeoff packages assist small or beginning contracting firms, typically for specific trade contractors such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, etc.

When you submit your drawing objectives and specifications, we produce a price that includes the invoice, turnaround time, and estimated delivery date. Your plans can be Bid set, Schematic, Design Development, Construction document, or conceptual drawings, and we accept PDF files, Dropbox, WeTransfer, and OneDrive.
You will receive the quotation within a few minutes by checking the drawings and specifications documents. Once accepted, you can pay the invoice using a credit card, debit card, wire transfer, or PayPal, and our staff will begin working on your project.
You will receive an estimate including all the material and labor quantities with pricing. We deliver the estimate and takeoff sheet in EXCEL in our template or the client’s template, as per demand.
